With over 40 years of experience, Novaco experts have made a reputation internationally and are among the first architecture, planning and engineering consultants and investors in the country. Further, research has always played an important section of the work of our firm, both to stay updated with the latest technologies and help push forward the architecture and urban design world. Their work of urban design and planning projects, part of the nation’s strategic development and progress agenda, include over fifteen new cities such as Kashan, Golpayegan, Naein, Ardestan, Safaeiye, Bodagh Abad etc. Further they have built a reputation in touristic development projects. A short list of them includes Kish development and master plan, Kish tourist development plan, Bodagh Abad and projects in Hormozgan County. Strategic development plan of both Kish and Qeshm Island, region of FKA, Fulad Mobarakeh Region are part of their regional planning and larger scale projects.

Tens of projects in development planning of rural environments and a number of master plans and land preparation plans overpass two thousand square kilometer of area.
